No estimated ranges. No rate that changes between the phone call and the payslip. Every shift and every placement comes to you with the rate, the loadings and the allowances confirmed in writing, and you decide from there.
Our Rate Promise
Every shift and placement is offered to you with the rate stated in writing before you accept.
The rate you accept is the rate you are paid. If a shift changes, we come back to you before it changes, not afterwards.
Penalty rates, casual loading, night, weekend and public holiday loadings are shown separately so you can see how the figure is built.
Superannuation is paid at the current statutory rate and shown on every payslip.
For travel placements, travel support, accommodation arrangements and any allowances are confirmed in writing before you commit to the contract.
What Shapes Your Rate
Location. Regional and remote placements attract materially higher rates, reflecting both demand and the cost of getting qualified people there.
Specialty and experience. Critical care, theatre, emergency and mental health experience, and additional certifications, all increase what you can command.
Shift type. Nights, weekends, public holidays and short-notice bookings attract loadings.
Placement length. Longer contracts may carry adjusted rates, completion arrangements or additional benefits.
Why We Are Not Publishing a Rate Table
Published rate tables are wide enough to be true and vague enough to be useless. The top of the band is rarely what anyone is paid and the bottom is rarely what anyone accepts.
