Aged Care Staffing, Built Around Your Obligations
Registered Nurses and care staff who arrive screened, verified and documented, so that a roster gap never becomes a compliance finding.
We Staff to the Standard You Are Held To
Residential aged care in Australia is now staffed against hard numbers, not intentions. Approved providers must maintain a registered nurse on site and on duty twenty-four hours a day. They must meet a sector-wide average of 215 care minutes per resident per day, of which 44 minutes must be delivered by a registered nurse. Performance against both feeds the Staffing rating that appears on My Aged Care for every family to read.
An unfilled night RN shift is not a staffing inconvenience. It is a reportable shortfall against a statutory responsibility, and it shows up in your Star Rating.
That is the problem we are built to solve. Every Registered Nurse joining our aged care roster is verified against the AHPRA public register and screened to current requirements before they are offered to any service, so the nurse who covers your 22:00 to 06:00 is a nurse your care minutes can count.
Screened to the Current Requirements
Since 1 November 2025, screening obligations under the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Aged Care Rules 2025 apply to every worker a provider engages, including workers supplied through a labour hire company or an agency. We treat those obligations as ours, not yours.
Every worker holds either a police certificate issued within the last three years or an NDIS worker screening clearance issued within the last five years.
Where a worker has lived overseas or holds a pending clearance, we obtain the required statutory declaration and agree supervision arrangements with you in writing before the placement begins.
We record full name, date of birth and address, the screening documentation, any statutory declaration, and the name of the person who verified the documents.
We retain those records for seven years and make them available to you on request.
We are preparing for the dedicated Aged Care Worker Screening Check expected from mid-2026 and will transition our roster as it comes into force.
Aged Care Professionals We Place
Our Australian operation is built to align with the Aged Care Act 2024, the Aged Care Rules 2025, the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, the Aged Care Code of Conduct and the NDIS Practice Standards, including incident reporting obligations.
Registered Nurses for 24/7 coverage, clinical governance and care minute delivery.
Clinical Nurse Managers and Care Managers for leave cover and interim leadership.
Assistants in Nursing and Personal Care Attendants for direct personal care.
Staff experienced in dementia care, palliative care, and respite settings.
Enrolled Nurses for medication rounds and clinical support.
Our staff are screened before they are offered to you, not after you accept them.
Compliance & Standards
Screened, verified, and ready to work.
We understand the standards expected in aged care and take compliance seriously before placement.
-
All professionals we place undergo a National Police Check as part of our compliance process. This helps ensure they meet the safety and integrity standards required in aged care environments, giving you confidence that staff are appropriately screened before entering your service.
-
Where required, professionals hold current registrations with the appropriate governing bodies, ensuring they meet industry standards and are legally able to practice in their role.
-
Compliance is not a one-time check. We continuously monitor documentation, registrations, and requirements to ensure all staff remain up to date and aligned with current standards.
-
We match professionals based on the specific needs of your service, ensuring they can integrate smoothly into your environment and support the level of care your residents expect.
