Standards & Compliance

Every professional on our books is verified against Australia's strictest healthcare compliance requirements before they take a single shift.

Mandatory Training

Current BLS/CPR, manual handling, infection control, fire safety, and facility-specific inductions verified before every placement.

Insurance & Indemnity

Ambition24hours Australia will carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance covering every placement we make. Certificates of currency are issued to facilities as part of our service agreement and are available to your procurement team on request before any placement begins.

AHPRA Registration

Every Registered and Enrolled Nurse is verified as currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, checked directly against the public register rather than accepted on a certificate. Registration is re-checked before each new placement and at each renewal date. No exceptions.

National Police Check

Every worker holds a National Police Certificate issued within the last three years, or an NDIS worker screening clearance issued within the last five years, meeting the screening obligations that took effect on 1 November 2025 under the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Aged Care Rules 2025. Where a worker has lived overseas or holds a pending clearance we obtain a statutory declaration and agree supervision arrangements in writing before placement. Records are retained for seven years.

Credentials Before Arrival

You receive written confirmation of the clinician's registration, screening status and photo identification before they arrive on your site. You never meet one of our staff for the first time without already holding their file.

NDIS & Aged Care Aligned

Aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards, the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, the Aged Care Code of Conduct and the NDIS Code of Conduct, including mandatory incident reporting obligations under both schemes.
